How it works
Whiten safely at home in a few easy steps. No harsh sensitivity, no confusing routines.

Peel the strip from the backing and place it firmly on your teeth. Press gently to make sure it sticks evenly. Avoid placing it on the gums.

Leave the strips on for the recommended time (usually 20–30 minutes). The whitening ingredients will start breaking down stains on the enamel.
Step 3
Peel off the strips and discard them. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any leftover gel.
Step 4
Use the strips consistently for the recommended number of days (typically 7–14 days) to achieve your brightest shade.
